Q: Where is your factory located? Can I visit it?
A: Our factory is based in Ruian, Zhejiang Province, China. The nearest airport is Wenzhou Airport, located about 500 km from Shanghai. The journey from Shanghai takes approximately 40 minutes by flight or 4 hours by high-speed train. We warmly welcome visits—please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient time.

Q: Can I receive samples? How are they delivered?
A: Yes, we provide free samples upon request. However, customers are responsible for the shipping costs via express carriers such as DHL or TNT.
